Inspiration
Since Valentines Day was around the corner i decided to create a website which suggests its viewers about different activities they can enjoy with their partner
What it does
The website uses API which detects your location and based on some parameters such as weather, suggests you about enjoying activities that you can do. for example if it is not feasible for you to go outside because of factors like rain , it suggests you various activities that you can do in home
How we built it
I built it with flask framework for web development and I used api's for data and html, css for frontend.
Challenges we ran into
Reading and filtering data from Json files was hard.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Managing to build a running website on various api's in 2 days of time.
What we learned
We learned to use api's in web development.
What's next for Joy-Philia
I want to add a todo list as a planner for user to work on.
