Inspiration

I love travel stories — whether entire books, short stories, or blog posts. I can never get enough! Since I’m on my computer so often, I’m always looking for new blogs to quench my literary thirst. I read hundreds of new blogs each year, and most of them I decide I can live without. But I always find a few gems, and I always wanted to create a blog where I can share about my travel experience, travelling is so much fun and we create a lot of memory with that. There should be a place where we can store this memories and cherish it at times so the idea of JourneyBook came into my mind.I experienced other cultures, got lost in a jungle, saw real poverty, conservation projects in action, and met people from around the world. From that moment on, I was hooked in travel. All I wanted to do was travel, see more of the world, and learn more about the people in it.

What it does

Journey Book is a travel blog where anyone can post a blog on their travel experience.If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to travel cheaper, turn your dream trip into a reality, save money, or travel the world, you are in the right place! People visit this website to get inspiration and advice on planning their trip. This website will give you tested tips, advice, and suggestions so you can see more for less and make your dream trip a reality.

How I built it

I built it with Wordpress on Azure and PHP and to provide guest authors a secure login I used CryptoPhoto.

Challenges I ran into

Challenges were to provide users and Authors a secure platform where they can freely share about their experiences. Then I came to know about CryptoPhoto which was very simple to integrate with my website.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I am really proud that I have created a platform of memories and that too highly secure with CryptoPhoto.

What I learned

1) How easy is to make your application secure with CryptoPhoto. 2) Need for a secure authentication system. 3)Benefits of Cryptophoto: -Blocks Phishing. -Neutralize Malware. -Makes login easy.
