The problem. Almost every job app is built for someone with a laptop, fluent English, a polished CV and an employer who reads email. The people with the most to gain from finding a real job — drivers, cleaners, kitchen staff, builders moving between South Asia and the Gulf — are the least served, and the most exposed to fake overseas job listings that cost them money they don't have.

What JobsPuzzle does. One app, two honest paths, for two very different job seekers.

Pro mode — for office roles

  • No CV yet? The free CV builder makes an ATS-safe one — from scratch or from the CV you have — to download as PDF or Word.
  • Upload your CV once. JobsPuzzle scans it for mistakes and gaps and offers one-tap fixes.
  • Browse matching openings pulled from multiple sources, filtered by role, industry and location.
  • Get a tailored cover letter for each job, written in the language of the posting, and a CV reshaped against that job description.
  • JobsPuzzle fills in the application form on real hiring portals — Lever, Ashby, Workable, Greenhouse — and then stops. You press submit yourself, every time.
  • When an employer replies, interview prep gives you the likely questions with answer outlines drawn from your own CV, and you can track what you've queued, drafted and applied to.

Worker mode — for blue-collar and migrant workers

  • No CV needed. A short profile (name, WhatsApp number, city and skills) is the whole application.
  • Apply by WhatsApp, phone call or email — whichever the employer actually uses — with a message drafted for you.
  • Listings carry badges for what decides whether a job is possible at all: visa provided, accommodation, transport, food, immediate start.
  • Suspicious listings are flagged, and a fake can be reported in two taps.

Real jobs, from official sources — not an agent's promise. JobsPuzzle's overseas job pages are drawn mostly from the government registers that must approve a job order before overseas recruitment can begin: Pakistan's Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, India's eMigrate register, the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers, Sri Lanka's Bureau of Foreign Employment, Nepal's Department of Foreign Employment and Indonesia's BP2MI — plus NHS Jobs in the UK. Every vacancy names the employer and links to the original entry. On the day this was written the app listed 33,628 live vacancies across 29 destination countries and 248 trades, and 2,210 UK NHS vacancies that state in their own words that Skilled Worker visa applicants are welcome.

Built for the real phone in the real pocket. English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi with full right-to-left layout, designed for an inexpensive Android phone on mobile data.

Monetisation with RevenueCat. Subscriptions on both the App Store and Google Play run through the RevenueCat SDK (Capacitor), with a single RevenueCat project mirroring both stores. The job feed is free to browse. Every new account gets a 72-hour free trial with everything unlocked, then two monthly plans: Worker (about €2.50) for contact reveals and WhatsApp apply, and Full (€4.99) for cover letters, tailored CVs and interview prep.

How it was built. I'm a solo, non-technical founder in Limassol, Cyprus. I don't write code — I made every product decision and directed AI coding tools to build it. JobsPuzzle's first public release was on the App Store on 1 August 2026 and on Google Play on 8 August 2026.

What's next. Native-speaker review of the Arabic, Urdu and Hindi, stronger fake-listing detection, and keeping the Worker Plan priced for the people who can least afford a subscription.
