Inspiration

I got a job that looked good on paper, but in reality it was a completely mismatched culture. A lot of my friends has experienced similar situations.

The issue wasn't a lack of job. It was that 90% of them didn't actually fit.

Challenges we ran into

Evaluation metrics (Job-user fitness metrics). Questionnaires design, how it complements with CV.

What we learned

Team work. We discussed and debated our perspectives and find a common ground, which is an elevated and better view.

Prompt engineering is an art.

File parsing is harder than it looks.

What's next for JobSeeker

Complete its functions. Both of us believe it got potentials, no other job matching platform is doing great, there is a room for improvements.
