JobLine.ai was inspired by real frustrations inside high-mix CNC and aerospace job shops, where workers constantly asked:
โWhereโs that job?โ, โWhy is this idle?โ, and โWhatโs the next priority?โ
Manual whiteboards, slow ERP updates, and constant interruptions create chaos, costing time, money, and trust. We saw an opportunity to replace this with instant, intelligent communication โ and to make it engaging.
We wanted to build something that didnโt just manage job flow, but empowered people to improve it.

Developing an algorithm that can reprioritize jobs live โ without conflicting with human oversight โ needed multiple logic tiers and override paths.

Ensuring secure, scalable access to job data across orgs without leaking information meant refining row-level security with careful joins.

We had to avoid shallow gamification. Points only count when tied to measurable safety, quality, or efficiency gains.
