Hiring is broken—HR teams are overwhelmed by an influx of resumes, many of which are templated, inflated, or inconsistent across platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, and personal portfolios. At JobHatch Enterprise, we wanted to build an automated system that not only analyzes resumes against job descriptions but also verifies a candidate's credibility across their digital footprint.
We were inspired by how engineers use tools like pytest and coverage to validate code—and thought, why not apply the same rigor to evaluating talent?
JobHatch Enterprise allows HR professionals to:
- Upload a job description and multiple applicant resumes.
- Automatically analyze and compare applicant profiles against the job description.
- Cross-reference skills and experiences across GitHub, LinkedIn, and personal portfolios.
- Detect inconsistencies, missing qualifications, and even possible resume exaggeration.
- Output a detailed evaluation report with insights and recommendations powered by GPT-4.
