How we built it

The backbone of Jobeeta is a sophisticated tech stack that includes:

Central to our platform is the use of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, powered by LLM Gemini Pro and BERT models from Hugging Face, to analyze and understand the semantics of CVs and job descriptions. Integration with Qdrant, a vector search engine, allows for fast and accurate matching of job seekers with relevant positions.

Challenges we ran into

Achieving high accuracy in job-CV matching and optimizing search query performance were significant challenges. Developing an algorithm capable of understanding the complexities of job descriptions and CVs required extensive model training and fine-tuning.
