Inspiration

We were inspired to create this chrome extension to help job seekers save time and streamline the job application process. The tedious and repetitive task of manually filling out job applications can be time-consuming and frustrating, and we wanted to create a solution to make this process easier.

What it does

The chrome extension automatically fills out job applications for the user. It ensures that all of the important information is accurate and consistent, saving the user time and effort.

How we built it

We built the chrome extension using JavaScript and the Chrome Extension API. We also used data storage to save users' information for future use.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges we faced was ensuring that the extension worked on a wide range of job application websites. We also had to ensure that the extension was user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have created a tool that can save job seekers a significant amount of time and effort. We are also proud of the fact that our extension works seamlessly on a wide range of job application websites.

What we learned

We learned a lot about developing chrome extensions and how to work with the Chrome Extension API. We also learned about the importance of user experience and user testing in the development process.

What's next for JobAutoFill

We plan to continue updating and improving the extension, adding new features and ensuring that it works on even more job application websites. We also plan to expand our extension to other browsers and platforms.
