Inspiration

Our inspiration for the website was to make a place where students would be able to access different resources that would be useful to them all in one place

What it does

Timber is a website that contains different resources, links, and opportunities for students to be able to interact with each other as well as people like teachers that can help them throughout high school.

How we built it

We used GitHub to develop our website. We developed the pages using html and css to format it and code what you can see on the website.

Challenges we ran into

We did not know how to create a website and had trouble coming up with ideas for the prompt. The buttons did not want to work, and we had some trouble formatting the website

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud to have a functioning website that students can use to access many resources at once.

What we learned

We learned how to create a website using HTML and CSS, we learned some Java, and we learned how to collaborate as a team to create a functioning product.

What's next for Timber

We want to add a chat feature, so students are able to communicate with each other virtually. We also want to add more useful resources to all the pages on the website.
