Inspiration
I joined a university and had no friends to talk to, none could help me know where the offices were, where to buy food, or who to submit my papers to. When classes started, I did not know the venues, and I asked myself, why can't I solve this problem? And behold, here is JibuBot
What it does
JibuBot is a chatbot developed to tackle questions from users querry the database and the AI behind it and give back detailed answers to their questions.
How we built it
We built it using different languages: Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Challenges we ran into
Finances to buy the API needed Lack of enough data on the primary target institution How to make it usable by those impaired. My laptop crashed, and I had to do it on someone else's laptop
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud that through it all, the project functioned as intended

What's next for JibuBot
We are planning on making it accessible to those students without smartphones and who cannot access online services because of several reasons.
