Inspiration
Every morning when we dress up, it is too much work to open the jewelry box and look what's inside. We came up with an app that has your back when it comes to picking the right jewelry to wear with your outfit!
What it does
It suggests what jewelry you should wear, based on your outfit. You can add to your collection, and also view what you have based on color, type (earrings, necklace, bracelet, ring) and mood (regular, formal, party)!
How we built it
We built the iOS app in Swift, and used Firebase for the database. We made use of the ColorTag API for recognition of the jewelry color from the image.
Challenges we ran into
Deciding what language to use to develop the app, finding the right color detection API, getting used to using Firebase.

What's next for Jewelery Box
1) Performing image analysis of the user's outfit. 2) Interfacing it with an actual jewelry box so that right drawer is pushed open based on the location.
