Like a lot of other people, I enjoy listening to music on the go - while walking to class, on the BART, or sitting in a bus. I also enjoy waving my arms around in order to control things. What I don't enjoy is having to pull out my phone whenever I want to skip around my current playlist or adjust volume. The solution? Jedi! Simply wave your hand back and forth to scroll through your playlist, make a fist to play and pause, and spread your hands and rotate your arm to control volume! The great part about this is that it works with any music player. This is just a first in a series of incredible possibilities that the Myo armband offers for mobile. Up next? Perhaps a virtual keyboard, or better yet, a Myo interface for Tindr.
