Inspiration
Many robotics projects have no obvious purpose, so they end up being deemed "search and rescue" robots. This is yet another search and rescue robot to add to this motif.
What it does
You can drive it around (Forward Back, Steer Left, Steer Right)
You can pan/tilt the front camera and watch the video stream
