Inspiration

The inspiration for Jargon Box came from the frustration of navigating workplace jargon. Starting a new job or working across teams often involves encountering unfamiliar terminologies can lead to confusion, miscommunication, and inefficiency. We wanted to create a solution that simplifies communication and empowers employees to stay on the same page.

Jargon Box is a workplace communication tool designed to provide instant definitions for jargon and equip admins with powerful tools to manage their organization’s unique terminology.

How we built it

We built Jargon Box using Confluence’s Forge platform, which ensured seamless integration with existing workflows and robust data security. The development process involved designing an intuitive interface for employees and a comprehensive admin panel with real-time management capabilities. Our tech stack focused on scalability and ease of use.

Challenges we ran into
