Due to Covid-19 restrictions adapting to new lifestyle has been difficult especially for front-line employees who came to work during a peak time of the pandemic.
What it does
The bot is built within the command line interface and aims to establish a successful communication between the customer and employee for processing orders.
How we built it
We mainly used the Rasa Open Source Framework a state of the art framework for the entirety of the project.
