Inspiration
We were inspired by the emerging field of AI-generated games. While most current AI-driven games are primarily text-based, we wanted to push the boundaries and create something new, prioritizing the ease of use offered by Mattercraft.
What It Does
Players can select a theme and play a version of an arcade-style platform game with AI-generated assets, providing a unique and immersive experience every time.
How We Built It
We utilized Mattercraft alongside a series of clever API calls to various text-to-image generative AI websites, allowing us to dynamically generate in-game assets based on the player's chosen theme.
Challenges We Ran Into
The project was a bit of a sprint for us, requiring intense focus and quick problem-solving to integrate the various technologies and bring our vision to life within the tight timeframe.
