To implement a USSD-based system that allows citizens to easily submit feedback on proposed bills and other discussion topics using basic mobile phones. The responses are collected and shared public on content crowdsourcing web platform and analyses to make a comprehensive report that can educate decision makers and the public of the concerns and opinions about the proposed bill before it reaches the final stage.
