We noticed how slow, expensive, and manual most business tools still are — especially for customer support, sales, marketing, and budgeting. Top tools take months to set up and require entire teams just to manage. So, we asked: What if a single AI-first platform could handle all of this... instantly?

That’s how ivya.ai was born — an all-in-one, 100% AI-powered automation platform that helps businesses move faster, cut costs, and grow smarter.

🤖 What it does

ivya.ai automates customer support, sales, marketing, and budgeting using cutting-edge GenAI. It offers:

AI video agents (via Tavus.io) for onboarding, product demos, and support.

Voice AI agents (via Vapi.ai and ElevenLabs.io) for natural conversations.

Predictive analytics and campaign suggestions powered by Picaos.com.

Real-time dashboard and data insights.

Enterprise-grade security and lightning-fast setup — all in black & white, minimal UI built with 21st.dev components.

It replaces multiple tools with one powerful, AI-first platform.

🛠️ How we built it

We used:

Next.js for both frontend and backend (API routes).

Supabase for authentication, user data, and real-time database.

Tavus.io for creating AI video agents that interact with customers.

Vapi.ai + ElevenLabs.io for natural voice conversations and AI speech synthesis.

Picaos.com to add AI personalization and dynamic content generation.

21st.dev for fast, beautiful UI/UX components in a bold black-and-white theme.

We built everything on bolt.new, which helped us move fast and stay focused on product quality also used Netlify to deploy this build.

😅 Challenges we ran into

Coordinating multiple AI tools and making them talk to each other smoothly.

Designing a dashboard that feels lightweight but is powered by heavy AI logic.

Ensuring all real-time features run fast enough to feel truly “live”.

Staying minimal in UI while still showing complex insights.
