Inspiration
I strongly believe it s only right for people to own their information, and not have to give it up because of your socio economic index whilst you are looking for work. Companies need your information to hire so they should have to pay for it as an employment cost. However there is some information which allow the employer to discriminate such as race , sexuality, gender, disability which should be hidden till after an employer makes a decision to hire. So I have made a anonymous recruiting system, well ok prototyped it :)
What it does
An avatar will talk in a conversational way to the applicant to discover their skills and strengths whilst placing any protected characteristics or identifying information into an area which the recruiter cannot access. This will produce a CV and the applicant is free to take it as a PDF , but may also choose to advertise on the system. Then a recruiter may choose to see this CV in return for payment which is shared with the applicant.
If a recruiter chooses to employ then a payment is made together with a deposit is taken to ensure good faith by the employer, should they decide to withdraw.

I talked to AIStudio and we started specifying stuff.

What we learned
This was not my idea, it has been mentioned by the US Congress and also @Femi_sorry. I think a big piece of human equality can come from equal access to employment. The main thing is it is now possible so we should do it, and remove a lot of isms from the applicant process
