Inspiration
As beginner in Power Platform Tool, it awesome tool and basic for everyone to dig in learning building app from basic coding. It much powerful tool to support and assist organization in digitalized.
What it does
The project is just help for the Service Desk Team where they can easily find information that needed for them in central. The main point is display information and some reference documents so they could learn from it.
How we built it
We built by using PowerApp as user interface and Sharepoint as Data Source.
Challenges we ran into
We just need a bit of time to follow some logic as well as functions how we could embed to use in the real project.

What we learned
How to work with PowerApps to solve organization processes, as well as how to transform repeat manual work to automate in the future.
What's next for ITSEP
We will embed with PowerAutomate for basic function where email alerts for any make changes to the app.
