Inspiration
What happens when UX designers, product thinkers, and night owls across multiple time zones come together, powered by coffee, curiosity, and a no-code dream? You get this — a smart, adaptive learning platform that doesn’t just throw content at you… it listens first.
What it does
Crafted with love (and many “Can you hear me?” Zoom calls), this app starts with a sleek marketing site, inviting users to log in and begin their journey. But wait — it doesn’t rush into lessons. First stop: a psychometric pre-evaluation powered by five cleverly disguised questions that secretly analyze your learning personality. (No boring surveys here — we made it fun and reflective!)
Then comes the magic: a personalized learning roadmap tailored to your goals and cognitive style. You land on the main dashboard with a bird’s-eye view of your learning journey — courses picked just for you, your saved goals, note vaults, learning metrics, and guild levels to gamify your growth.
How we built it
This app was ideated, wireframed, validated, and developed to MVP in just 30 days, thanks to a passionate crew across continents who basically lived in Figma, Notion, Bolt, and late-night calls. While some burned the midnight oil, others caught sunrise bugs — together, we made something human, helpful, and hilariously collaborative.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into many challenges day to day, thinking of one ideal solution that solves the problem of learners. Here are the stakeholders challenges pov: Challenges - Design Team scope
- Understanding limitations of features for learning methods. Research on types of learning methodologies were extensive. Narrowing down features that are practical, and useful for students and ensuring the project scope would be completed within the time frame.
- Working with people from different time zones, ensuring project completion by taking into consideration skill sets of the team members.
Challenges - Engineering team scope
- One of our earliest hurdles was assembling the right team. Some collaborators joined with excitement but had to step away due to time conflicts or bandwidth constraints, which led to drop off mid-stream. Despite that, we kept momentum going through daily syncs and open async channels.
- From an engineering perspective, translating the designer’s high-fidelity mockups into a functional MVP was no small feat. We quickly realized that pixel-perfect execution wasn’t always feasible within our timelines and tool constraints. After a few rounds of spirited debates between the design and dev teams we agreed on common ground — balancing visual polish with technical feasibility. Authorization and session management brought their own share of headaches.
- We faced timeout issues and edge-case bugs during login flows that occasionally logged users out or stalled their session mid-journey. Debugging these issues across different environments and browsers required deep dives into session tokens, cache behavior, and OAuth refresh strategies
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Click into any course and you’ll hit our showstopper — the Learning Page, featuring multiple learning modes: mind maps, animated flows, infographics, KPI-matching drag & drop, and even story-based modules. No two learners absorb content the same way — and that’s our USP. Welcome to the future of learning — tailored, thoughtful, and a little sleep-deprived.
What we learned
We learnt the ways to collaborate and build an application that solves the problem in learning complex subjects in a easy way with the help of emerging tech like AI, LLM.
What's next for ITeachEd
This app can have further more learning methods to help the user to learn easily in a hassle free way.
