What it does

This allows IT techs to calculate an estimated budget for the following categories: Windows Laptops, Mac Laptops, Windows Desktops, Network Hardware, Cell Phone Hardware, Peripherals/Misc, M365 Licensing, Zoom Phone, ISP / Internet, Cell Voice/Data, Cell JAMF MDM, NinjaOne RMM, SentinelOne, Adobe/SaaS Misc. It also allows the user to enter the actual costs by uploading receipts; that way, they are able to see if they are staying on budget. Actual expenses are stored in a .csv file.
