Inspiration
- Sometimes employees can find problems which are not within the scope of their duties, but they do not have an effective way to report them
- They do not have motivation to report it
- When customers find the problems they may complaint it in public, which is bad for market/reputation/brand
What it does
iSpotless: When an employee find a problem, he can take photos/messages and submit them via iSpotless; Then iSpotless will specify the problem and deliver it to those who are responsible for it; If the problem is specified as valuable, this employee can get benefits(e.g. free coffee)
How we built it
stage one is a UX demo, if we really need it, we could develop the real iOS app
Challenges we ran into
It's hard to analyse the increase revenue when we release the app
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Employees are provided with an effect way to give feedback
- The feedback can be instantly processed
- Maximize the use of resources
- In terms of OH&S, reporting on safety incidents can be enhanced
- The sense of belonging of employees can be increased, thus a win-win move between employees and company can be achieved
- Some valuable data can be collected in this process
