Inspiration

Iskosenso💡 aims to bridge the gap in educational access for underprivileged Filipino students by creating a user-friendly platform that connects them with relevant scholarships and guides them through every step of the application journey.

What it does

The app provides a comprehensive calendar of important dates 📆, including scholarship application windows, examination days, and document submission deadlines. It also clearly lists all required documents 📄, categorized as common, requested, and personal, to help students stay organized. Furthermore, applicants can easily track the status of their scholarship applications 📈 and manage their profile information, including demographic details and academic standing, all within a user-friendly interface. 🦋

How we built it

MangioneGPT uses 🌊FlutterFlow which used for building a cross-platform app with a visual interface. While 🔥Firebase used for real-time databases, authentication, and cloud functions. And, 📅Google Calendar API which provides for enabling features like creating events, setting reminders, and integrating with scheduling functionalities.

In ideate process 💡, the team members spend more on this because we want to sure what we will gonna do.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

This is the first time that MangioneGPT join the hackathon. Also, the team members have experienced making a software application for the first time---this has been the most accomplishment that the team acquire.

What we learned

MangioneGPT has the variety in terms of skillsets background. Having the collaboration and teamwork from each other team member serves a good outcome.

What's next for Iskosenso

Iskosenso will focus on refining its core features, like personalized scholarship recommendations and application tracking, to enhance user experience. Expanding its reach through partnerships with universities and organizations is key to connecting more students with valuable opportunities. Looking ahead, Iskosenso aims to incorporate financial literacy modules and mentorship programs to further empower students on their educational journey.
