Inspiration

As a 37-year-old full-stack developer with ADHD, I’ve spent years chasing my "life mission," grappling with procrastination and fear of failure. I saw others—entrepreneurs and dreamers aged 25-45—struggling with unclear paths, financial stress, and isolation. Inspired by AI’s potential to simplify these challenges, I created Isaya.ai: a platform to guide users toward financial freedom and fulfillment through personalized AI and community support. The Bolt.new hackathon, with its $1M+ prize pool, was the push to overcome my fears and launch a landing page to validate this vision.

What it does

The Isaya.ai landing page is the entry point to a transformative ecosystem. Built with Bolt.new, it:

  • Communicates the core value: guiding users to financial independence and purpose with AI and community.
  • Features a bold hero section with a clear CTA ("Join the Community") soon linked to a Tally.so signup form (almost completed).
  • Highlights key benefits: clarity via AI, project-building frameworks, and a supportive community.
  • Offers a multilingual (English/French) experience with a dark/light mode toggle for accessibility.
  • Builds trust with a transparency section on data privacy and ethical AI.

It’s designed to capture interest and grow a waitlist for the upcoming MVP.

How i built it: In just 11 days (19-30 June 2025) (could have been faster off course), I built the landing page solo, balancing my full-time job and parenting:

  • Frontend: Used Bolt.new to prototype a Next.js (App Router) landing page with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI for a modern, responsive design.
  • Features: Integrated react-i18next for English/French support, next-themes for dark/light mode, and Zustand with localStorage for state persistence. -Deployment: Deployed on Netlify for the hackathon, with Vercel compatibility for future scalability. Tools: Leveraged Bolt.new for rapid prototyping and Cursor for code refinement, ensuring a polished UI with smooth Lottie animations (e.g., an unfolding growth symbol in the hero).
  • SEO: Added meta tags (title: "Isaya.ai - Financial Freedom with AI") for discoverability.
  • Badge: Included the “Built with Bolt.new” badge in the footer to meet hackathon requirements.

Challenges we ran into:

  • Time Constraint: With only 11 days left in the hackathon (19-30 June), I had to focus solely on the landing page, shelving plans for a full MVP.
  • ADHD and Fear: My tendency to over-plan and fear of judgment made starting tough. Sharing #BuildInPublic on LinkedIn helped me push through.
  • Design Iteration: Balancing a vibrant, modern aesthetic (violet/pink/indigo palette) with clarity took multiple tweaks in Bolt.new.
  • Employer Visibility: Posting publicly while employed felt risky, but embracing transparency aligned with my goal to overcome fear.

Accomplishments that we're proud ofLanding Page Live:

  • Deployed a sleek, multilingual landing page on isaya.ai, complete with a “Built with Bolt.new” badge, in under two weeks.
  • Public Commitment: Launched #BuildInPublic on LinkedIn, sharing my fears and progress, sparking 20+ waitlist signups.
  • AI-Assisted Workflow: Used Bolt.new and Cursor to build fast despite limited recent coding practice, proving I can deliver with modern tools.
  • Overcoming Fear: Took bold action, aligning with my Nœud Nord Bélier, by sharing my journey authentically.

What we learned

  • Speed with AI Tools: Bolt.new enabled a production-ready landing page in hours, showing the power of AI-assisted development.
  • Authenticity Resonates: Sharing doubts on LinkedIn built trust and engagement, more than polished updates.
  • Focus Beats Perfection: Prioritizing the landing page over a full MVP was the right call for quick validation.
  • Design Matters: A clean, emotional design (with Lottie animations but need rework) can captivate users and convey vision.

What's next for Isaya.ai

  • Grow Waitlist: Target 50 signups by 15 July 2025 and 100 by 10 September 2025 via #BuildInPublic on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
  • MVP Development: Build user profiles, a basic AI Life Companion (Mistral 7B), a SaaS framework, and a Discord community by August 2025, using Next.js, NestJS, and Supabase.
  • Monetization: Launch a freemium model with premium AI features ($5/month) by September 2025.
  • Future Vision: Add a financial dashboard, gamified workflows, and explore Polygon for tokenomics in 2026.

Isaya.ai’s landing page is my first step toward empowering others to live freely and purposefully. The hackathon was the spark—now, I’m ready to build the fire! #BuildInPublic
