“iConnect Solution” project: “ISAFETY”

PROBLEMS WE AIM TO SOLVE: As a consequence of the “Covid” emergency, many types of problems are going to rise, in particular related to the security field. People will need to feel safe more than ever to continue the activities they always did, and companies will have to invest in security systems for their clients and employees. Any type of business will need to implement a security system able to scan the body temperature and also to provide the necessary equipment to hygienize the hands. Having a person in charge of this role is costly, time-consuming, and not safe, and that’s why is important to implement an automatized system can to provide these services. It is the only way to ensure the continuity of businesses, from any perspective, because if employees are not working in a safe environment they will have a high risk to spread the virus inside the company, and they will not able to work anymore for a long period. Moreover, if customers do not feel safe, they will not be customers anymore, for sure not at the same usual rate, which can be translated into a huge loss of clients and profit for the business. The aim of “iConnect Solution” is to provide the solution of these problems through a high-quality and affordable series of products and services, which will permit to provide the safety that customers and employees will demand.

THE SOLUTION: “ISAFETY” PRODUCTS AND SERVICES “ISAFETY” is the new suite of products and services developed by “iConnect Solution” for health security, reception, and access-control. The mix of products and services can be applied in public environments (shopping centers, airports, train stations, fairs) and private environments (companies, shops, commercial establishments) both small and large size. Through “Isafety” it is possible, at first, to inform with an innovative system the locations access-modes and to automatize the health checks that are going to be necessary for phase two of the “Covid” emergency. In particular, it permits to automatize the body temperature measurement, the hands’ sanitation, the access-control, and people welcoming. The products and services offered by “iConnect Solution” can be summarized in three packages, which can be personalized to fit the customers’ needs and budget. 1) 3D HPERVSN System. An innovative system that can inform and teach about the access-modes and behaviors that customers have to respect. Moreover, it can present products and services in an innovative and 3D visual way.

2) Multifunction Totem “ISAFE-S”. Designed for small and medium spaces, it comprehends:

Steel free-standing structure, with DBOND cover and optional wheels.
27” Professional monitor FULL HD.
Touch-screen.
“iTouch” software to publish and manage contents in different languages.
Thermal camera to detect body temperature up to 40/80 cm, comprehensive of the alert system.
Rechargeable sanitation spray dispenser, with photocell. Capacity: 1 bottle of L 0,500.
Customizable with the client’s logo.
Customizable with any color.
Security Locks.

3) Multifunction Totem “ISAFE-L”. Designed for medium and large spaces, it comprehends:

Steel free-standing structure, with DBOND cover and optional wheels.
33”, 43”, 49”, 55” Professional monitor FULL HD.
Touch-screen.
“iTouch” software to publish and manage contents in different languages.
Thermal camera to detect body temperature up to 2/3 m, comprehensive of the alert system, able to detect multiple targets simultaneously.
Video-surveillance function.
Rechargeable sanitation spray dispenser, with photocell. Capacity: 1 bottle of L 0,500.
Customizable with the client’s logo.
Customizable with any color.
Security Locks. In each ”ISAFE-L” model the thermal camera and the sanitation spray dispenser are lodged in an additional element, which can be removed if it results to be not necessary for the future when the “Covid” emergency is over. Removing this add-on will be still possible to use the totem for its many functions. RECEPTION AND AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM Other than the services described, in each totem is possible to integrate a reception and authentication system, designed for employees and guests in both working and commercial environments. This system comprehends the following optional products and services:
Reception and access-control software, in automatic mode.
Bar-code printer.
Bar-code reader or RFD.
Turnstile for access-control. The reception and access-control software is a simple and intuitive system, which permits to have a real virtual reception, integrated with the body temperature detection from distance and with a complete and continuous vision of the presences. Interface in many languages.
Updated privacy policy.
Privacy acceptance notification.
Paper badge release and stamp.
Evacuation plan policy and automatic sending.
Multi-branch application to manage more entrances.

THE SOLUTION’S IMPACT TO THE CRISIS The “ISAFETY” mix of products and services permits to maintain the work continuity of companies.
