Inspiration
I am a woman and, by profession Mechatronics Engineer. At the end of the final year at university, there was an inconvenient situation for us (inclusively women) to interact with the industries, to enhance the industrial demands of our projects because there was no platform where the students could interact with industry to achieve the level of the required skills.
What it does
Learning Dynamics that designs and facilitates programs that help develop employability, enterprise, and entrepreneurship competencies of graduates entering the workplace or business world. The simulation events enable educators and graduate trainers to develop, assess and recognize the competencies that employers are looking for – and carry the learning through into the workplace. Our graduate induction programs provide fast-track business experience and accelerate the graduate transition from campus study to the corporate workplace
How we built it
By using, SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
Challenges we ran into
Requirement gathering, as well as the planning phase, required more time.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
My main achievement is building a platform for engineering students (inclusively girls) where the industry uploads their projects along with tors and students will apply according to their eligibility.
What we learned
Ideation into development
What's next for IRS (Industry Ready Student)
- Platform providing industry to connect to talent.
- Platform that provides opportunities for students to work on industrial projects.
- Connecting STUDENTS TO INDUSTRY.
