Inspiration

Corporate Social Responsibility is not only about allocating funds. The real challenge begins after a CSR initiative is approved: finding the right execution partner, tracking delivery, verifying whether the promised work was actually completed, and measuring the final impact.

We saw a gap between CSR funding and verified impact.

An NGO may know what is needed. A Corporate may be willing to fund it. A Business may be capable of executing it. But without a connected workflow, these stakeholders can operate in silos, making the journey difficult to track and verify.

That led us to build IRISiv.

What is IRISiv?

IRISiv is an AI-assisted CSR execution, verification, and impact platform that connects NGOs, Corporates, and Businesses through one continuous CSR lifecycle.

Instead of treating CSR as a simple funding transaction, IRISiv follows a project from:

Need → Approval → Opportunity → Proposal → Selection → Execution → Delivery → Verification → Completion → Impact

The goal is simple:

Turn CSR intent into verified, measurable impact.

How IRISiv Works

Imagine an NGO needs 1,000 educational kits for students.

1. NGO Creates a CSR Requirement

The NGO creates a structured requirement containing the need, beneficiaries, quantity, budget, location, timeline, and other relevant information.

The requirement becomes the starting point of the CSR journey.

2. Corporate Reviews the Requirement

The Corporate receives the requirement and reviews the details.

The Corporate can approve the requirement and publish it as a CSR opportunity.

3. Businesses Submit Proposals

Businesses can discover the opportunity and submit proposals including:

  • Proposed cost
  • Timeline
  • Capacity
  • Experience
  • Execution plan

Multiple businesses can compete for the same opportunity.

4. AI Helps Evaluate Proposals

Instead of forcing the Corporate to manually compare every proposal, IRISiv uses AI to analyze factors such as:

  • Cost
  • Timeline
  • Capacity
  • Experience
  • Feasibility

The AI produces an evaluation and recommendation.

AI recommends. Humans decide.

The Corporate remains responsible for selecting the Business.

5. Project Execution

Once a Business is selected, the project moves into execution.

The Business can track the project, work toward the agreed requirements, and submit delivery information and supporting evidence.

6. Delivery Verification

This is one of the most important parts of IRISiv.

The Business submits evidence such as delivery information, quantities, documents, and supporting proof.

The NGO then verifies whether the delivered outcome matches the original requirement.

7. AI-Assisted Verification

IRISiv adds an AI verification layer to help identify inconsistencies.

For example:

Required: 1,000 units
Delivered: 950 units

The system can identify:

50-unit shortfall

and flag the project for further human review.

The AI does not automatically make the final decision.

Instead:

AI Finding → Human Review → Final Decision

This keeps AI as a decision-support and verification layer rather than replacing human accountability.

8. Project Completion and Impact

Once the project passes the required verification and review stages, it can move toward completion.

IRISiv then turns the project information into a structured impact view containing information such as:

  • Beneficiaries reached
  • Planned vs delivered quantity
  • Completion status
  • Verification status
  • Project outcomes

The final objective is not simply to show that money was spent.

It is to show:

What was promised → What was delivered → What was verified → What impact was created.

Why IRISiv?

IRISiv brings three stakeholders into one connected lifecycle:

NGO — Defines the Need

Corporate — Funds, Oversees & Decides

Business — Executes & Delivers

And connects them through:

AI-Assisted Decisions + Evidence + Verification + Human Oversight

This creates a more transparent journey from CSR requirement to measurable impact.

What Makes IRISiv Different?

Most solutions can help with individual parts of CSR management.

IRISiv focuses on connecting the entire lifecycle.

It doesn't stop at:

"Here is a CSR opportunity."

It follows the project through:

Requirement → Proposal → Selection → Execution → Delivery → Verification → Impact

The AI is also placed where it provides meaningful value:

  • Evaluating proposals
  • Identifying delivery inconsistencies
  • Supporting verification
  • Helping users understand project information

while keeping important decisions under human control.

Our Vision

We envision IRISiv as a trust layer for CSR execution.

A future where NGOs can clearly communicate their needs, Corporates can make better-informed decisions, Businesses can execute projects transparently, and everyone involved can see the journey from funding to verified impact.

From CSR funding...

to CSR execution...

to CSR verification...

to measurable impact.

That is IRISiv.
