IRIS: THE AI CUSTOMER SERVICE

Inspiration

Slow and poorer chat bots for business are always something that is overlooked as a crappy service, we are taking charge in helping businesses implement clean and more powerful chats that are interactive with the 3D model.

What it does

Takes the boring chatbot on the side of business webpages and integrate a 3D model created in Blender with animations and gestures. we give businesses the power to customize their chats by providing the correct

How we built it

We started with the cedar hackathon starter and then built a 3d model to build the app around and focused on user experience trying to 10x the user chatbot experience

Challenges we ran into

obviously the api not working are some stupid reasons and then having to spend lot of time on that and working with a new framework with very minimal help from youtube and example and the only resource being the documentation is tough.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of a MVP that is able to conduct the basics of the job. Many feature have been planned out and honestly as a group we do see a future where we would implement this for smaller to mid range businesses hoping to enhancing and automate some tedious tasks.

How to use cedar for future projects along with the Mastra Ai backend which works nicely with this

definitely a working render plus animation state transfers we hope to have the 3d model basically live within the chatbot and is able to be a funny guide for the customer looking for guidance.
