Iris is a user interaction platform that can be used to display anything from 3D plots to reconstructed renderings of a patient's CT scans to general data visualization and potentially recreational applications. Our target user is the general population as they, as well as we, can create more and more applications that can be used with our platform. Our design was inspired by one of our teammates' previous hacks. This time around, however, the size of our hack was reduced from the size of a table to being able to fit in a person's lap, the resolution of the image was increased three-fold, and the display itself is now interactive thanks to the use of a Leap Motion.
