Inspiration

I got the inspiration for iRemember from a very sad movie where 2 people in love kept forgetting about each other every day and then I did some research into the actual problem and realized its something that can and probably has happened in real life already from the mental health disease Alzheimers.

What it does

The application reminds people of things they have forgotten by reminding people to write in a journal every night so when you forget something you can simply check in the journal every morning or whenever you forget. The application gives notifications forcing people who may have forgotten about the journal/app itself to go read it to remember everything.

How I built it

I built the application using an app called ex design the app is all currently front end.

Challenges I ran into

It was difficult to figure out how to use xd Design well because I haven't used it a lot before.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I am proud of the demo because it required quite a bit of effort.

What I learned

I learned more parts of xd design like invisible buttons and switches

What's next for iRemember

I remember will become a government-funded project so I remember will be pitched to the Canadian Alzheimers program for the future builds.
