Inspiration

Inspiration came from hanging out with our friends. Almost every time, weather you are going out to eat or drink, there is a friend that does not have enough money on him, so he either pays with a card, or is in some other friends debt.

What it does

The idea is that you can keep track of your debt, or your friends debt. It does not matter if it is food, drink or money related everything can be added to to application and/or site. Goal is that you do not forget about owed money, to avoid unpleasant moments and unnecessary hatred.

How We built it

We built it on a bootstrap/django platform and behind it is sql lite database. The front end structure consists of html and css.

Challenges I ran into

We had a problem with implementing javascript xmlhttp requests into out mobile application. Registering a Domain.com domain for our website.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We managed to make a working site, with working database and full api support.

What I learned

We learned some new bootstrap and django implementations.

What's next for iPayBack

Making a working mobile database connection through JavaScript.
