After a year of struggle with Excel and Dropbox to manage our bills and trip expenses we built our own very simple tool which aims at helping little startups to seamlessly prepare their accounting documents

How it works

  • Add a bill by forwarding the attachment by email to our system
  • Add a trip expense by taking picture with your mobile phone
  • Export a standardized spreadsheet with an archive containing all the attachments for your accountant

Challenges I ran into

Stay simple. The goal is not to build the ultimate accounting software here. We are really focused on reducing time wasted by early startup founders with their accounting
