Inspiration
Be a volunteer and help pick up food, help direct people, hand out shirts, promote ahead of the event, help get the community going, ensure people get their prizes, help with the judges, etc.

Helps the community grow.
How I built it
With love and kindness.
Challenges I ran into
Sometimes people can have emotions and feel bad, scared or frustrated you have to be kind, cool and understanding about different people's concerns and help focus on getting things built.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I'm not proud until the day is done and there are smiles on everyone's faces.
What I learned
Working with people can be challenging and rewarding.
