Iot based health monitoring system

About the Project:

The IoT-Based Health Monitoring System is designed to measure and monitor a person’s body temperature and heart pulse rate in real time. Using sensors connected to a microcontroller, the system displays the data on an LCD screen and also sends it to a web page for remote access. This allows for continuous health tracking, making it especially useful for elderly care, patients in remote areas, and early detection of health issues.
