What we learnedOur project is an IoT-based health monitoring system that keeps track of a person’s basic health conditions in real time. It measures body temperature and heart pulse rate using sensors. The collected data is shown on an LCD display and also sent to a web page using IoT technology, so doctors or family members can monitor the patient’s health remotely.

This system is useful for continuous monitoring, especially for elderly people, patients in remote areas, or anyone who needs regular health checkups. It provides a smart, affordable, and reliable way to keep track of health without needing to visit a hospital every time.
