What it does

InvoiceFlow AI automates invoice processing and demonstrates programmable financial workflows It allows users to: Connect a Google Sheet Upload invoices via web or mobile camera Automatically extract invoice data using AI Apply automation rules like expense categorization and approval flags Store data in Google Sheets Download the same data as Excel files Purchase subscription plans using MNEE stablecoin on Ethereum (demo)

How we built it

We built InvoiceFlow AI as an MVP using: AI OCR for invoice data extraction A web-based SaaS interface Google Sheets integration for data storage Excel export for accounting use A simulated MNEE payment flow to demonstrate programmable money on Ethereum The project focuses on working functionality and clear automation logic rather than production-level blockchain integration.

Challenges we ran into

Designing a simple workflow that non-technical users can understand Ensuring the demo clearly explains automation and programmable money Working within no-code / low-code platform limitations Demonstrating MNEE usage in a safe and honest demo mode without real transactions
