Inspiration
Billing reviews are hard to trust when an unreadable file disappears from the summary. We wanted a review that makes its evidence and coverage visible.
What it does
Invoice Evidence Review compares selected invoice and contract documents in one authorized NAS folder. It returns source-linked disagreements, missing evidence, unreadable files and explicit coverage counts. It leaves source documents unchanged and makes no payment, tax, authenticity or legal conclusions.
How we built it
The original Markdown orchestration uses the official UGREEN UGOS Skill Creation Tool and capability catalog. The registered file-agent handles bounded discovery; the document-agent handles extraction and reconciliation. The package includes SKILL.md and linked Markdown references, with no scripts, executable code, model weights or credentials. The official local checker passes with zero errors and zero warnings.
Challenges and limits
The workflow preserves all five public delegation states and fails closed if the host cannot preserve the complete instruction as one literal argument. Synthetic acceptance cases cover disagreement, agreement, unreadable documents, misleading embedded instructions and adversarial file names. These are planned acceptance scenarios, not executed NAS tests.
What is next
If selected as a finalist, we will install and test the same Skill on the assigned UGREEN NAS, measure actual evidence coverage and validate the two core cases and edge case. Platform-configured local AI is intended; no external document transfer is configured.
