What's next for Invoice Dedupe Guard
invoice-dedupe-guard is a Uliya Skill for UGREEN NAS that audits the invoices and bills already sitting on your NAS, finds duplicate and near-duplicate charges with cited evidence, and builds a review-ready archive.
It enumerates candidate documents with ug-filesystem, extracts billing fields on-device with ug-document, groups byte-identical copies by checksum, pairs same-vendor same-amount charges inside a set window, then tags suspects, proposes gated archiving and saves a dated evidence note with ug-knowledge. Reads run freely; every write sits behind an explicit approval gate, so nothing changes on disk without confirmation.
Unlike cloud receipt scanners it never moves financial documents off the device, cites the source file for every claim, and separates proven duplicates (identical checksums) from suspicions (field mismatches). The package is Markdown-only, passes the official static checker with zero errors and warnings, and needs no credentials, scripts or network calls.
