Inspiration
We wanted to show projections for different kinds of invest preferences from low risk to high risk. We also wanted to present the trends in an innovative and exciting way.
What it does
It shows 5 year predictions for 10-year bonds, real estates in Indiana, and average returns on stocks.
How we built it
We made both a mobile and web app. We used React.js, HTML, CSS and Chart.js for the web app. For the mobile app, we used Android Studio, Java, and XML to create the front and back-end.
Challenges we ran into
We encountered issues due to disparities in the versions of ReactJS installed in our teammates' devices.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to successfully utilize various libraries to implement the different aspects of our project that we had set out to complete.
What we learned
We learnt all the technologies that we used to implement our project like React.js, HTML, CSS, Chart.js, Android Studio, Java and XML.
What's next for InvestX
We want to come up with 10 -year projections and expand it to all the states.
