Inspiration
We all know the importance of Wildlife conservation. In order to save the earth, we need to conserve wildlife. Due to deforestation a lot of wild animals lose their natural habitat. Different factors bring a threat to wildlife. We have wildlife protection laws for the conservation of wildlife. But in order to protect wildlife, we need to change our mentality. Then only all the steps to protect wildlife can be fruitful.

What it does
but what we can do sitting right at our homes? well just what we do all time “online shopping” Into the wild is an e- pcommerce website that lets you donate towards the wildlife conservation right from our home by buying gifts for yourself and your loved ones
home page give you a brief insptroduction about our motives and then we dive straight into our shop the shop page displays all the products you can buy once you click on a product it gives you the description of the product add items to the cart and select the pay button and boom order places and donation made!
How I built it
For the e-commerce website, I used CSS, and next.js in order to create both our clean and aesthetically pleasing interface that is at the same time powerful through our add-to-cart and serverless-technology-based backend. I used both traditional react classes for our most basic functions and also employ various react hooks, especially in the theme adaptions and the send buttons. Through our study of sanity documentation and I was able to successfully create this website. I implemented the add-to-cart functionality by using React Context API.By using firebase authentication we also have a log-in and sign-up feature in which the user has to authenticate or authorize before purchasing. Moreover, our application has a payment processing functionality in which we used Stripe APIs to transfer the money in the account. By using all of these skills and programming languages in tandem, we created an automated and cohesive web application that we believe brings the fun back into shopping.
Challenges I ran into
As we were new to the nextjs world, implementing React context APIs was a big challenge for us. In using Sanity APIs we were having some initial problems in configuring serverless technology as we were relatively new to it. We surfed the internet -- approached different technical websites, learned new things, and were able to tackle the bugs.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
we are extremely proud of the work that we’re submitting to this hackathon. We started out with just a rough idea and using our knowledge and skills we were able to create what we had foreseen in those initial planning stages. We’re particularly happy with the payment pathway system .
What I learned
With many of us experimenting with this software as novices, through this project we’re now at a place we are comfortable with the ins and outs of react and all the different technologies that O used. On the other hand, this project also humbled me into releasing how powerful even traditional react.js can be. Through our experiences, we have grown as programmers in all aspects.
What's next for Into_the_wild
adding more products and generating as much revenue as I can to conserve the wildlife
