IntervuAI – The Smart AI Interview Evaluator

🧩 Project Story – IntervuAI

The idea for IntervuAI came from my own experience and observing friends struggle with interview preparation. Many had the skills but lacked confidence and real feedback on how they performed. That inspired me to build an AI-powered interview evaluator that acts like a personal coach — giving instant, honest feedback.

I integrated Python, Flask, DeepSeek AI, and Whisper for speech-to-text processing. The AI analyzes tone, clarity, and accuracy, then generates a personalized performance report.

Throughout the project, I learned how to integrate AI models with real-time user input, handle audio processing, and design a simple yet impactful interface.

The main challenges were fine-tuning the model’s evaluation to feel natural and managing latency during speech analysis. Overcoming those made the system smoother and smarter.

IntervuAI taught me how AI can truly empower self-improvement through feedback.
