The inspiration for Interview Wiser came from the challenges hiring managers face in creating insightful interview questions. Sifting through piles of resumes and pressed for time, we realized AI could revolutionize this process. Driven by this vision, we developed a tool to analyze candidate information and job description to generate tailored, probing questions.

What it does

Interview Wiser is a tool that generates tailored interview questions. It analyzes a candidate's resume and the job description. Using AI, it creates insightful questions to assess the candidate's fit based on the job description. These questions are carefully crafted based on the candidate's background, the job requirements, and interpersonal considerations, ensuring a well-rounded and effective interview experience.

How we built it

With PartyRock, it's incredibly user-friendly and fun interface made it child's play to generate a fully functional, shareable application supercharged with Gen AI in mere minutes! All this without having to write a single line of code!
