Inspiration
I am a junior developer and I find myself preparing for interviews often .And since I need to be ready in a set of technologies, I find myself jumping from website to website, and from video to video. And I always say that it would be easier if all of it was in one place where I could follow my progress.
What it does
It is a platform where users could prepare for interviews based on their specialty in the tech field, they could follow their progress and filter the questions.
How we built it
I used NextJs for front end, and I have used tailwindcss for styling and responsivness. For backend, Firebase was my go to.
Challenges we ran into
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I am proud that I am still submitting the project, even though it is a project that I consider my worst so far. But it is an opportunity to learn and I have attended the sessions provided on switch so I am not so mad about it.
What we learned
Sometimes errors happen, and things out of our control ruin things for us. So, we always need to have a plan B and plan C and maybe more. Also, every journey is a learning journey, sometimes we win sometimes we learn, and other times both.
What's next for InterviewPrep
The first thing, is build it well and fix it, better functionalities, better code and an even better design. As well as adding the possibility of testing oneself by coding or with simple exercise.
