it will be built web based and the people can access the video platform both sides of job seeker and employers

i ran in Amsterdam hackathon on a idea of challenges and won first place in education phase
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I won Amsterdam Hack the crisis Hackathon just last week. also im a co-founder of lembas startup from Rotterdam which offer blockchain solution based track and trace the food in cooperation with Erasmus Entrepreneurship centre.
What I learned
i learned work in rush and stressful hours of last minute of pitch the idea. of course i see the opportunities in this bad situation,
What's next for Interviewing
it will be great startup for solving the problem of physical interviewing and of course the resume based hiring is sucks and 1:1 online video based interviewing could solve it.
