I got tired of the hodgepodge of tools available for interviewing and hiring dev teams.

How it works

You post a job, developers can apply using GitHub, you then interview them using our collaborative code editor tool and track them using a Trello-like board.

Challenges I ran into

Finding the time to build everything being a bootstrapped side project.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

The initial feedback has been awesome.

What I learned

There is no one best way to hire developers. Instead, we try to build tools to help them in the own process.
