Using Qoom I will build a web app and try to reduce the chauvinism done in interviews . One way to do this which I think to be the best is that, if the interviewer doesn’t get to see the person then he cannot discriminate between people based on their race . And also if the interviewer is not a person but a chatbot , that would take the answers given by the interviewee and store them in a database .Then later a qualified person could assess the responses .Once the job of the interviewee is finalised in the firm, to decide the type of job a physical interview can be held. I will build a web app that would host such interviews taken by a chatbot .The results given by the interviewer would then be seen by the interviewee and also a complete analysis with the responses by others who were accepted would be given to the interviewee.
