Job interviews remain one of the most stressful moments in a professional life. Many candidates have the skills but struggle to express them clearly verbally. We wanted to create an accessible, realistic, and non-judgmental tool for practicing in near-real-life conditions.

What it does

Interview-Coach is an AI-powered interview coach that simulates real voice interviews.

It asks job-specific questions, listens to the user's answers, analyzes the content and delivery, and then provides clear, actionable feedback for immediate improvement.

How we built it

We combined: An LLM for question generation and semantic analysis of responses Voice AI to provide a natural and credible voice A lightweight web/mobile interface to launch interview sessions A scoring engine based on clarity, structure, relevance, and confidence in spoken language The focus was placed on the speed of feedback and the user experience.

What we learned

Users want answers, not just charts. AI is far more powerful when it's powered by reliable visualizations. Conversational analytics significantly improves data tool adoption. Tableau becomes even more powerful when extended beyond the dashboard.
