Inspiration
We were inspired by the struggles of both ourselves and our fellow students in obtaining internships and dealing with the interview process. We've all had that sinking feeling of bombing an interview right after it ends. Or worse yet, thinking we did amazing and then getting the notification that we were rejected, without ever understanding why. This is why we created Interview Buddy.
What it does
Interview Buddy is a web-based platform that helps users improve their interview skills through unlimited, personalized practice. Users can:
Generate Mock Questions: Upload a job posting, and the platform creates tailored interview questions.
Record Mock Interviews: Practice answering questions at their own pace by recording audio responses.
Get Feedback: Submit audio files for detailed feedback using AI-powered analysis, including strengths, weaknesses, and actionable tips to improve performance.
Track Progress: Compare feedback over time to visualize improvement and build confidence for real interviews.
