Inspiration

We aware that there are many people stay in their home and are bored, so we decided to make a simple game for them to kill time.

What it does

The project should be run in terminal. In the program, users can enter their's names in the beginning. They can choose three different types of game. Whenever completing a game, users can choose to play another round or another game. After they finish it, the result of game will be displayed in a file. The first game is about guessing the number of dice. The second one is about calculation of of two number, however, there is a time limit. In the end, the accuracy of calculation will be shown. In the third game, users have to guess the two numbers rolled by two dices. Even though all of them sounds difficult, there are some hint in each game which make the game more easier.

How we built it

We used Python to build it. We used Zoom to communicate to each other. Zoom is really useful platform with screen sharing and support of meeting. On the other hand, whenever a person tried to edit the file, we just sent the file to each other.

Challenges we ran into

In the beginning, we did not want to make this kind of project. We intended to make an app about messaging. However, it is quite hard for us, since we only have two members and one of us is a beginner. I spent a lot of time deciding the topic we want to develop. However, both of us are familiar with Python, so we concluded to make this project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of making an interesting project and also teamwork.

What we learned

We have learned the difficulty of collaborating online. We aware that the importance of delivering our thoughts of program and also teamwork, especially in harsh situation.

What's next for Interesting Python game

In the next steps, we would make an interface for this game. The drawback of this project is that it can only be run in terminal instead of website or app, due to the lack of ability.
